Afrer spewing endless jokes about Bill Clinton's FUNCTIONING organ for years (including nicknames) and making endless snarky comments about the personal lives and characteristics and sex lives of Democrats and liberals, Rush long ago gave up any right to his own zone of privacy and dignity.

So Rushed Limpboner now deserves his new status on the other side of lame smutty schoolyard jokes for a while. Seems like there's a bit of karmic justice there.

1. I have a few questions.

1. Rush cannot be the only public figure with ED..how do other public figures get there prescription of Viagra and keep there privacy?

2. Is it legal for a doc to give a prescription in this manner?

If it is not legal...what ticks me off is that repubs for some reason once again think they are above the laws..If my neighbor has to risk his privacy to pick up bonner pills..why is Rush allowed to skirt the law to protect his privacy? why do the rules not apply to them?

1.) HIPPA Health Information Privacy Protection Act Means essentially protects patients from having their personal health information disclosed with consent by providers such as doctors, nurses, insurance companies etc..... For example Nurses and Docotors are prohibited from talking about patients to any person other than those directly involved in care.

2. No it is not legal viagra is a prescription drug. Although this probably is a misdemeanor, El Drugbo is already in trouble and it would have been better for him to stay under the radar.

If that is the case, then why is this such an issue. From what I understand a prescription must have the name of the person that it is being given.

and Florida law is very clear ALL parties to the prescription have to know what's going on.

For example, you can not pick up some drugs without showing ID. If you wanted to go get a drug for your sick mother but needed to show ID, you could have the DR write the prescription to you.

22. HIPPA......ATEMPTS to protect patient privacy......

.....but in the real world it's just another law that gets bent and broken every day. It would be easy for a pharmacist assistant, an insurance claim clerk or someone else in the system to sell the juicy information to the National Enquirer that Rush has a limp dick. If HIPPA is so helpful, why do we constantly hear about this celebrity or that celebrity's condition or birth leaked from hospital staff?

I received a voice-mail two weeks ago from a hospice telling me one of my patients died. The thing is, I'm not a doctor nor do I have any "Patients." It was a wrong number. When my boyfriend, who is in the medical field, heard the message, he flipped out regarding violations of HIPPA and leaving patient info. on voice-mail.

BTW, my voice-mail CLEARLY identifies me as a mortgage banker.

1)I don't know from first hand experience, but I suspect most celebrities handle this embarassing perscription like everyone else, except that they probably have ways to avoid the "going into the drugstore and facing the pharmacist" part....If Rush had played by the rules, and gotten a perscription in his own name, chances are that he would have his privacy about this today.

What I find the most disturbing about this whole deal is here is a rich, powerful, single man coming home from the DR, a known haven for child prostitution, with an open bottle of Viagra in his luggage. The Dominican Republic is the top destination of adult males that go there for the sex and prostitution. On Bill Press this morning, he said you can google this in and there is a web site with guys that have gone there taking advantage of the poverty stricken young for their pleasure and giving info and bragging about their exploits. We don't know if this was his purpose but here is a wealthy male with 29 viagra pills coming back home from a destination with this reputation. The GOP has really emphasized "family values", the sanctity of marriage, insinuating religion into public policy and public education. Yet, individually, GOP members keep getting snarled up in their own sexuality.
I know the Kennedy boys are hounds, just like Bill, who are going to let their dicks take control. I accept that. Afterall, I'm not married to any of those guys. I just like their voting records. Their personal life is their own.
And they don't enforce their views on sex on me.
But the GOP has made divorce, abstinence, abortion, contraception, AIDs funding, and other aspects of sexuality major campaign issues.
Yet, in their own lives, divorce is rampant. (Rush himself is thrice divorced). And family values tend to be for "other people". Such as making divorce more difficult for poorer people to obtain - as Newt has pushed - though he's now on his third marriage.
Rush has proclaimed himself the poster boy for conservative values in our country. He preaches to his choir every day. Now, he's caught, blue-handed, coming back from his vacation with a pill specifically designed for sexual activity.
This should be his personal business. But, as the loudspeaker for the GOP, he's trapped in his own party's personal instrution into private matters.
Just imagine how Ann Coulter would feel if she obtained an abortion and the media found out while she was detained for three hours for questioning by the police.
When spiders get caught in the webs they made, it's hard to feel sorry for them.

Why Do These Homosexuals Keep Fucking Me in the Ass?

What is it with homosexuals anyway. It seems like every time I go out for a quiet drink at Twink's, my local pub, it always ends up with some homosexual fucking me up the ass. I go there just to relax and perhaps meet women, but it always seems to end up with me face down on the pool table, with a bunch of homosexuals on me like the baby chicken hawk on Foghorn Leghorn. No wonder I never see any women at Twink's. They're probably disgusted by all the perverted goings-on there.

It's not just Twink's. Why, last week I was on vacation in the Dominican Republic, just looking to relax in the sun and perhaps meet some teenage girls. Or maybe a really well-developed 8-year-old. But every bar I went to was crawling with teenage homosexuals, and before you know it, they were all over me. Then they found my Viagra, which I was saving for exercise with young ladies, and before you know it, I had about two quarts of Santorum dripping out of my ass.

I don't know what it is with these guys. Do they think I'm gay or something? Seriously, if this keeps up I'm going to have to start looking for a new set of bars to hang out at. I'm spending a few days in Provincetown next week, and hopefully these incidents won't be repeated.
