1. King wants Bill Keller to go to jail...guilty of espionage
King is coming off as inSANE

WHEN are they going to provide the evidence that this isn't even NEWs, much less NEW?

I don't get why these dems don't have the info we do here

4. basic disagreement revolves on these points:
King says a 1976 Supreme Court ruling eliminates bank records from the necessity of a court ordered request from banks

Meehan counters with a 1978 law that says all bank records must have court ordered subpoena for revelation

King then weakens his position, IMO, by backtracking, saying that an ADMINISTRATIVE subpoena is all that's necessary

Meehan counters this by saying that, in cases of Administrative Subs, the person being investigated must be notified in writing

what followed I didn't get, but King is really an obnoxious ass, talking over King, repeating over and over that the Times broke the law, and the government didn't
