What should be the last word on RUSH.......my humble opinion

The guy shit in the face of the law.

He should have been walking on eggshells. Instead he allegedly gets his doctor to give him Viagra prescribed in the doctors name? The doctor should lose his license and prosecuted.

He got a sweetheart deal that gave him probation with no admission of guilt with the prerequisite that he not fuck with prescription drugs in any way.

He needs to go to jail NOW.

He is getting special treatment. If this was some guy off the street who was on probation and the cops knew of him, they would be looking for anything to get him and put him in jail.

He broke the law again, no matter how you look at it.

No matter what you think of the justice system and how it handles drug offenses or if you think drugs should be legalized, you can't get past the fact that this guy broke the law again, just a few short months after he gets a sweetheart deal. And he is getting preferential treatment again.

Throw the bastard in jail, I say!!!!!!

in the discussion thread Rush did not break his agreement as this is not a Narcotic. I also saw a defense attorney that said that Rush had followed Florida Law in getting these pills and that all the paperwork was filed correctly.

As far as I know it is.

But then again I am not a lawyer. And if you are on probation, you can't break laws or you go to jail. This is very close to the thing he was doing prior. It has to do with prescribed drugs.

when he got caught with another prescription drug NOT written for him should get him some time. But you know he will get off scott free. Hes got money and freinds in the WH. Those types dont get punished for crimes. They get medals and huge contracts.
