The Capitol Hill police union has asked for an ethics investigation into Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) after a grand jury decided not to charge McKinney with assault for allegedly hitting an officer. (Roll Call)

So...who actually runs the Capitol Hill Police these days. Seems a bit of an overeach for CHP to call for congressional investigation. Witch Hunt?
Who's gave them some money on the side? We get rid of Delay and Cunningham...but it seems the "MACHINE" is still going strong down there in DC.

I support a lot of the other things she's done, but she's on her own with this one as far as I'm concerned.

I was glad to hear she was able to reach a deal without this having to go to trial or any further though.
