6. Nevertheless...
There was NOTHING constitutional about impeaching Clinton. As a matter of fact, I consider it to be the first major GOP attempt to undermine the constitution. I never understood Turley's point of view on that one. Just the same, glad to see him on the correct side of the issues now.
