Dark Side: Without CIA you get one-sided view of international arena

The part of the discussion about this Frontline show, The Dark Side, that is missing is that by ignoring the truth, we are weakening America. DUers know that the Iraq war proves this. This unnecessary war IS making us weaker just as Afghanistan made the USSR weaker and Vietnam made America weaker.

1. What is said on the program, but not emphasized enough -

or maybe it's just a little too subtle:

>the CIA didn't cough up enough lies to satisfy PNAC and the barons who direct them.
>the military is in charge.
>the pentagon wants only MI to survive (Military Intelligence, i.e., might as well call it PI.

No matter how you take it and interpret it - PNAC and the barons have nearly succeeded in dstroying the structure of our founders.

Executive rule-
Directed by the military
Which is directed by barons and operatives.

Congress is nothing but a roadblock.
But a pretend Congress is their 'illusion maker' along with phony elections until these people have everything in place to declare martial law on us.

It's a baron-military marriage.

Democracy is a joke.
Even the infamous "Republic' that right wingers like to push is a joke.
