When should we expect our next Orange Terra Alert??

It seems like ages since Ashcroft was scaring the hell out of people RIGHT BEFORE THE LAST ELECTION with his colored chart of terra. :scared:

So when will Rove and company blow the dust off the chart as the November mid-terms approach (and make us believe we're all gunna die if the democrats take back congress?) :scared:
