Introducing the moron Freeper thread for the day

Many threads in Freeper land - ok, nearly all threads in Moronland - are filled with such stupidity that it defies the concept of stupid. However, some threads just beg special nomination as the Moron Freeper Thread of the day. Today's nomination is this gem:

"Hawking: I like Chinese culture, women"

Freepmorons then proceed to bash the most brilliant mind since Einstein over such issues as global warming.

1. I would say a majority of them haven't really been abroad

and probably haven't even traveled to major US cities. Their lives have been constricted by a lack of not only intelligence but experience. As the old song from "South Pacific" said, "you have to be taught to hate and fear." The best way to indoctrinate a person is to isolate them from anything or anyone who would contradict the indoctrination.

As the world becomes smaller, their fear becomes greater, because they cannot run away from the bogeymen they have created. And so they lash out with hate.

If this guy is so smart, how come he doesn't understand that Venus is a lot closer to the Sun than Earth? Maybe he thinks our SUVs are causing Earth's orbit to collapse.
