Has there been any PROOF that Dan Rather was ROVED?

I just watched the salute to Dan Rather on CBS News and was so angry. A great journalist is just being let go. Those faked National Guard documents smelled of Rove at the time, and I just wondered if anyone had come up with any proof.

Those documents were never PROVEN to be fake. They "could not be authenticated".

5. If I read (or hear) that the TANG story was "discredited"

one more time-I'm gonna blow. The docs cannot be authenicated, but the FACT that Der Leader did not complete his service is solid. This sounds very much like the Bush campaign video sent to Gore and (thank God) the person at the Gore camp didn't open the package and called the F.B.I. at once. Turns out the video was a trap sent by the Bushies-I believe a woman was convicted of mail fraud. Someone who remembers can verify or fill in the facts.

The documents that CBS got were prepared by the Rove publishing company from the originals. Kind of like the purloined letter, discredit the truth with the truth in a fake form. You gotta admire the smarts of that guy while hating him.
