The illiterate don't know what the hell they're doing. They're usually also too busy trying to survive with 2 and maybe 3 jobs. That's also why GOPers cut safety net. As long as they've got an illiterate country, with people needing 2 and 3 jobs to put food on the table, they'll get instant voters.
