12. YouTube does get asked by C-Span to take stuff down.

At the request of C-Span, YouTube took down Stephen Colbert's great speech which ripped Bush to his face.

If it were up to me, the special right of C-Span to get access would coupled with the responsibility to make what they film public domain.

15. I figured it out.

The volume was just extremely low. My music is very loud so I thought the sound was just not playing but the recording recorded the sound so low that, at least for me, I had to really crank the volume.
