1. I like him too, BUT......
He's actually a little too 'to the right' for the mainstream party.

He's also a little too old. Yeah, tell me about Reagan, and then tell me about the REAL president at the time, Jim Baker. He's past that, truly.

Jack would be one helluva SECDEF, though--that is a job where, if ya bite the bullet, your number two can carry on for a bit. He'd make sure we have a strong and sensible military...
