I see him answering it something like this, "Glad you asked that, that's why I went to Iraq to see if the new, you know, the new, you know, government, the new government, could succeed, and uh, and, and, and after meeting with them, with the new government, I know we will succeed, because, because this is the central front in the war on terror, and people have to realize that, people have to realize that we didn't start this war, they came to our shores, and uh, and, but, but, we will win it."

Fact is he never answers any questions. Asking him questions is pointless. He's been caught out so many times people now expect it so it doesn't matter. Everyone just shrugs and the charade continues.
