Terrific second sign. I used the same phrase a few years ago when some mook got out of his car and wanted to settle our differences like assholes. I said, "Get back in your car -- you're wrong and you know it." The light was about to change, and he hopped back into his car, but he was absolutely speechless. What could he say? "I don't know that I'm wrong. Wait; that doesn't work out right. Oh shoot, gotta go!"
