But, judging from their past pronouncements, I would guess this is a "backup" strategy just in case the bombings and killings continue, they can say that al Qaeda is still killing people in Iraq and are still a threat to the "survival" of America and they can blame it all on this "new" guy who somehow infiltrated into Baghdad or northern Iraq. So we can spend another 3 years hunting him down and then kill him and his spiritual adviser and any women or children that might be hanging with him. Meanwhile, we eat this shit up like chocolate cake, with it scattered all over our faces...
