The reason gov. spies on citizens is to track their money not terrorists.

Thats my gut feeling. This country is broke. The gov. needs to shake some money loose somewhere. Why not get more folks for tax evasion and asset forfeiture. I mean do you really think they ignore all the things they find out that dont pertain to terrorism? -- Its probably just passed on to a different office.

1. They know where the money is.
Their friends have it. Not letting go, either. They stole anything that wasn't nailed down and now they're coming back for the nails.

The extent and depth will not begin to be uncovered until they leave. They will fight not to leave.

2. I feel shittier than I did right after thefts 1 &2. I have never seen more
helpless citizens know just WTF is going on -- yet are unable to do a thing to stop it. I mean every worst fear and scenario that could have happened, has. These fuckers have run the country into the ground and we all know the media outlets have enabled them.

6. The day of the 5 to 4 decision...
I was on Salon's Table Talk. I wrote "Americans will die because of this." I got called out for being melodramatic.

But a man who is incapable of feeling for others cannot be trusted to lead you to safety. He's a monster, reared by a monster.

5. Recent reports say that
the IRS has denied refunds to some of the poorest Americans. This is where they'll get the money from, because they don't want to take money from their rich friends. And poor people rarely have the resources to fight something like this.
