Many people totally misunderstand Ann Coulter's Comic Genius.

Like Don Rickles and Andy Kaufman before her, Ann's comedy is so in your face and edgy that many people to this day actually think it's real. As always, she's so believable in her male impersonator shrew character, she's in the same league as Dame Edith or Devine.


Let's face it, she's one of the greatest comedians of all time, in a class by herself, outstanding in her own field. But here lately she's tried to emulate Lenny Bruce and gone into dangerous territory, and gone beyond trying to be funny, but to make bizarre political points that only she and a few sick bastards get.

Fortunately for us all, her kind of comedy is going the way of vaudeville.

It isn't funny in the same way it isn't funny to poke fun at people with Downs syndrome or to pull the wings off flies or anything else that is cruel and totally uncivilized. Rickles & Jerry Lewis were cruel
but at least they have the fact that it happened long ago in another era when people didn't know better
as an excuse. This coulter person has no excuse other than ignorance, cruelty and stupidity.

I think that she is smart but so was Hitler. She may also have a sense of humor but so did Hitler. She does what she does for money and a boost for her ego. People like her and Bill O'Reily have no scruples or principles. They are in it for the money and would sell their soul to the devil. I have the greatest contempt for the ignorant people who look up to them.
