It was open season on Randi after she mentioned all the gay Republicans...
Edited on Wed Jun-07-06 09:48 AM by NNN0LHI
...in Congress who are in the closet but voting for a "gay marriage amendment." I watched the show and everything went downhill for her after she mentioned that little detail. I knew she wouldn't be back on Dobbs show again after saying that. Mentioning that kind of thing is verboten.

3. Sometimes the truth hurts.
I say out the hypocrites! They are supporting and through their support allowing our rights and liberties to be taken away from us. They are allowing discrimination to become an accepted way of life in America.

I know the Marriage Amendment has failed, but I doubt this will be the end of it.

I say out all the MoFo's and let the chips fall where they may! They have no business being in a public service position if they want to keep dirty little secrets hidden from the people they are supposed to be serving.

4. The Air America people should stop making wild accusations about sex
Edited on Wed Jun-07-06 09:52 AM by Armstead
People like Randi and Sam Seder should stick to the issues, and steer away from the accusations and tastless jokes they get into about Republicans' sex lives.

I'm not saying there is never anything there, but they tend to throw out this crap too easily, either on general terms or as specific accusations. I don;t like it when Republicans do it about Democrats either.

Unless someone is caught in an obvious (and harmful) scandal or well documented act of hypocrisy, to me it undermines our side's credibility and is just the left's version of the "Hillary is a lesbian" mentlity of the freeps.

6. yeah. The TRUTH HURTS.....those telling the TRUTH.
Especially when the people in power are the ones she's telling the TRUTH about. Corruption, hatred and bigotry rules the day.

Lou Dobbs can kiss my ass.

13. Here's an open letter to
bush from the log cabiners..

"On behalf of millions of gay and lesbian Americans, I write to denounce your decision to divide the American family by promoting an amendment that would insert discrimination into the United States Constitution. Your decision to use the grounds of the White House—America's House—to advance discrimination is an insult to millions of fair minded Americans from all walks of life.

Mr. President, gay and lesbian Americans pay taxes, contribute to community and family life across our great nation, and worship the same all-loving and compassionate God. Thousands of gay and lesbian Americans, under your command, serve proudly in our nation's military, fighting to win the war on terror and promoting liberty across the globe. Your effort to codify discrimination against our families, including men and women in uniform while the nation is at war, is offensive and unworthy of the office of the Presidency. Great Republican Presidents from Abraham Lincoln to Ronald Reagan have united Americans and appealed to our best hopes, not our worst fears.

Wedge-issue politics may score short-term political points but will end up eroding your ability as President to unite the American people behind winning the war in Iraq, enhancing border security, advancing immigration reform, and controlling spending. Your call for "civility and decency" in this debate rings hollow because the effort to write discrimination into our Constitution is intolerant and uncivil."

"Winning the war in Iraq"? Doesn't he mean.."Winning the War ON Iraq?"

What a Loser they're backing!

14. Dobbs basically called the GMA push...
the mother of all pandering. He repeatedly asked his social conservative guest why if Republicans are so concerned about preserving marriages and families, why they aren't focusing on issues like jobs, education, health-care, etc.
