musical lyrics lovefest, but I'm going to answer as though you are serious.

Am I optimistic about the way things are going? It depends on what you mean by optomistic. Am I optomistic that Shrubbie is going to continue to fuck the world and send us on a path to doom? Yes, I am - I have full faith and confidence in both in his incompetence and his inability to think ethically.

But I am also optomistic that whatever damage this criminal asshole and his cabal exact on the earth and her people, that humanity will be able to spring back and make up for the loss. I have optomism in the very long-term picture of humanity that we will become less stupid, less violent, less hateful. You know, less Republican.
