Frustrated in CA 36th

I am in a hotel lobby in the 36th waiting on the edge of my seat. You see, PDA (a federal PAC) has really done a lot of great work in California for our primary Candidates, so I drove out this way to be at several celebration parties, and coordinate our nationwide phone bank effort from on the ground here. But I can not "coordinate" with the campaign. thus no real data is coming back to me. I am in the dark. So much invested, and so much work done. It is weird not to be in the middle of it all at Campaign HQ. hurmph!

at least it is happy hour :)

ever vigilant, and on the edge of my seat, helping coordinate thousands of phone callers from my laptop here at the lobby bar.

4. 45 min till polls close...

so far canvassers and poll watcher volunteers coming in are saying that most people they talk to are voting marcy. who knows. i hate not having data. a field guy with no data on election day is like a musician without an instrument.

damn it.
