2. Of course it is - we're helping her promote it
But seriously - expect the NYTimes to put a denotation next to it on their list as being "Bulked". They need her to be a NYTimes best seller so she can get main-stream respect but in all reality someone is bulk purchasing her book in order to inflate the numbers

3. I reported one of the reviews as inappropriate
Too much name-calling in the review. I don't think that's called for. Of course it was one of the 5 Star ones--you know, a stupid asshole.

4. I wrote my own review
Here's MY review:

Too many of Ann Coulter's "facts" go unsubstantiated throughout all her books. She tries to be serious, but how can anyone who ignores research and truth be in any way taken seriously? Since her rise to popularity as one of the supporters of Paula Jones during the Clinton years, she has had no legal good standing in any of her attacks on the left and on the Democratic Party. Objective critics have taken apart her books, often going page-to-page to show the flaws, the illogic, and more than anything, the outright lies she tells in her writing, things which she will never correct or publicly declare as inaccurate.

It is a very sad thing when someone who writes fiction as truth, as she tries to assert her writing as, can be so easily debunked, and her writing is so weak as to show the shame of her educational upbringing. She writes wholly on a base, primitively emotional level, which seems to please many conservatives and Republicans whose education is subpar to even her own, but whose work falls apart quite handily when subjected to any kind of real scrutiny.

The leaders of our country have sadly failed more often than not in the past 6 years, and their real contribution to our country is the overexposure of people like Coulter who truly disgrace our country in its once proud heritage of higher education. If William Faulkner, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Mark Twain or Ernest Hemingway were alive today, they would surely be able to denounce such writing as far from literature as it is possible. Their spirits must indeed be incensed that such a one as Coulter believes herself in any way a true author.

5. This guy loves her book

I am a classc liberal (small government, free market, no welfare, there is a Creator).

He obviously needs to purchase a few clues as to the state of reality. Not that liberals can't be Believers. Many are, but they believe in separation of Church and State.

On the other hand, maybe it's irony and I missed it. More...

To the reviews that hate that line about the 9/11 widows, it's true: the widows do really have a good thing going. Think of, well, maybe a family that died in a car accident in Delaware. Or maybe even a janator in the WTC. Heck, let's say a construction worker was hit and killed or fatally injured by a drunk driver. While they were dying, perhaps slowly and very painfully, pilots and many other innocent people died instantly.

7. Um, let me try to follow that.
The 9/11 widows "have a good thing going" because their husbands died instantly?

Maybe that's good for the husbands (and when I say "good" I mean it ONLY in the "they didn't suffer" sense)...although we can't even be sure of that, can we? How many of them died slowly of smoke inhalation or were scorched to death because they got trapped while trying to escape? How many decided to jump?

And exactly how does this make things "good" for their widows?

Why does she think a "janitor in the WTC" necessarily had it any harder than some white-collar executive?

Some people killed by drunk drivers die instantly. Do we say their survivors "have a good thing going"?

And what's that crack about "many other innocent people"? Is she trying to separate out the "innocent victims of 9/11" from the not-innocent? Because if she's trying to do it any way other than separating the terrorists from everyone else, she's got her head up her bony ass.

This is so much bullshit it's incredible.
