Turn on the tv if you can and watch Sheriff Chimp reading his speech right now in NM. He's surrounded by Border Patrol and is talking in his best staccato cadence of simple short sentences about law and order on the border! I swear he thinks he is the Lone Ranger come to save us all. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a double holster on his hips behind that podium!

It is hysterical! :rofl:
