1. 'Appointed by the neocons. I worry about this. I seriously do.
If people think that the 22nd Amendment is some sort of protection against this, then please explain how it's the magic Amendment. None of the other Articles or Amendments have been able to stop the guy.

8. This is the strength and power
If you aren't ready to condemn your neighbor and some of your own family members for their participation in enabling this regime, in power today, in the USA, then the new hitler is already in command!
Most germans were christians and the "others" were Jews!

4. Bill Kristol: "Maybe Bush will become Supreme Leader....."
PNAC daddy Kristol makes this comment with a straight face - this is exactly what the neocons want and I won't be surprised if they make it happen. Video of Kristol's comment, about halfway down the page:

10. On the nailhead!
No leader of the US is appointed by a court to create his own laws and defy the Constitution!

7. IMO, anyone who doubts that soldiers would turn on US Citizens
is out of their minds and is dangerously naive.

11. Please stop! You're scaring me!
Seriously, I have wondered if he might try something like this in the interest of "National Security". I don't know that he would be successful, but he would undoubtedly have some supporters. Bush is the greatest risk to national security we've ever had.

12. I'd laugh, but I think all it would take is a dirty bomb or bio weapon
on "American soil", if you know what I mean to get martial law and "temporary suspension" of elections until the crisis is resolved. But with Diebold, they can just install Jeb or whoever with much less fuss.

14. I'm sure they have all the contingencies covered.

That's why we must maintain our vigilance and not give them an opportunity.

16. Sure. Except the tactical nukes exploding.
I'm not real crazy about the prospect of seeing tanks and attack helicopters in Washington, either.
