The louder they scream about morality, the more perverted they are.
It seems to be a fact of life.

2. Yes, of course, and the more they proclaim their piety
the more you know their closets are teeming with skeletons, centipedes, spiders, slime mold, and all sorts of emblems of corruption.

In fact, I have based today's primary vote partially on the fact that one candidate came out with a god commercial (he claimed it all for himself).

People with no empathy and no insight and few personal boundaries always deny their own problems and project them onto other people, well known law in psychology.

3. Claiming Piety And Wealth Together Is An Oxymoron
Edited on Tue Jun-06-06 09:56 AM by mntleo2
...it is plain that even before Jesus, being rich was not some key to heaven, if anything it was a key to "sheol" if you were not responsible to the rest of the community with it. As a matter of fact, Jesus spoke extensively about being rich and how impossible it is to be pious. He pointed out how much grief it causes everyone else. In this world where we do not have enough love to create something out of nothing, someone having it all and hoarding it takes from others.

Being wealthy is a sin IMO. Hoarding more than you will ever need to have in a lifetime is just plain greed. Greed is the cause of most of this world's ills right now. It foments murder and war, it creates starvation and disease, it cause misery and poverty. Americans need to learn something from this instead of seeing their "success" as having a bunch of gaudy things instead of how many people they have loved (and I mean the agape type, not loving in the "biblical" sense, lol)

My 2 cents...

4. I've come to the conclusion, watching the parade of RW hypocrisy,
that there's a frisson of extra enjoyment for these freaks, knowing they're doing the "forbidden." Unless, of course, their denial and blindness is that huge, which is always possible.
