Firstly, how the HELL do you cut funding to the two BIGGEST cities that are targets of a terrorist attacks, while giving millions more to random cities that are in no danger at all and have no national monuments that are possible targets?

Secondly, how the hell can you say that New York has NO NATIONAL ICONS? Are you kidding me?!

Bueracratic bull**** at it's finest, folks. Quite a depressing story of mismanagement and utter idiocy.
