Where was Religious Reich when news about pregnant Iraqi woman was killed?

I was just listening to Mike Malloy and he got an interesting letter from someone named Margaret.

The letter asked where was the Religious Reich when they heard the news that a pregnant Iraqi women and her friend were killed at a checkpoint. Apparently, they were driving to the hospital. The pregnant woman died.

Where was the outrage from the Religious Reich that an innocent baby was killed? Oh, wait, the baby was Iraqi...and worse...was probably Muslim...
