Did a little political work with my County Chairman tonight

I just got back from his office. Tomorrow begins the petition process in NYS. We were putting together the petitions for the entire county.

Few things charge up my batteries like doing some political work.

This year is gonna be a great year for NY Dems. Spitzer will become Governor, and Hillary will be re-elected (I would love to carry petitions for Tasani, but his campaign didn't send any :shrug: ). Hopefully Clinton and Spitzer will have some coattails, and we will be able to pick up at least two Congressional seats. Frankly, I will be disappointed if we don't pick up two (Sweeney and Kelly, I eying you!:mad: ).

If anyone know Tasani or his staff, PM me with their contact info. I've already contacted the campaign, to no avail.

Anyway, Peace and Low Stress DU! Take it to the street!

4. My county chairman...

Effectively purged me, after I gave the local party a free PhP/MySQL website, ran it no charge for 3 years and grew it into something one very knowlegable NJ Dem activist called "probably the best county party website in the state". Lots of traffic, too. No, I did not run it wild-eyed and slinging snot and spit, either. A very sober effort.

To be quite frank, they are dead to me, the local dems. Dead. They can all go commit fornication unto themselves. I wouldn't piss up their asses if their guts were on fire.

10. I'm thinking of voting for Roy Moore for governor but it would be a waste

the incumbent will go in easily but I'd rather face good 'ole Big Ten Roy in the general. We barely have a candidate and no ads on TV. Maybe i could vote against Shelby and Sessions too. I'd love to see them out! It would be nice to run against others in the general.
