BS! Just listen to this excerpt of a report CNN:

That is NOT what the Geneva Conventions talk about! The things we saw at Abu Graib are humiliating and degrading treatment. Don't let yourselves be fooled, they want to be able to legalize the Abu Graib-type humiliation by removing it from the manual. I just cannot believe this.

Let's see if I can get it right. Questioning an Iraqi about his "manhood" is embarassing, so you can't say things like "you are not a man". Wasn't this the pentagon that was putting out new booklette/guidelines? I have vague memory of some words that congress could/was talking about telling them no, but can't remember.
