Vote for me in 2008 for president!

Here are my stances on issues:

Equal rights for women

Government out of the wombs of women and the bedrooms of ALL Americans!

Government must balance budget by raising taxes on all corporations, anyone making over $300,000 a year, and impose even MORE taxes on companies that move out of the US to AVOID paying taxes! If they want to sell in the US, they will PAY for that privilege!

Anyone making under $30,000 a year will not pay any taxes, period

No congressman shall accept bribes, freebies, gifts of any sort or anything of value from any PAC, lobbyist, or anyone trying to influence either a vote or decision made in committee

NO congressperson shall be blackmailed for his vote in committee by the threat that he or she will lose their position in the committee

ALL congresspeople will have a MAXIMUM of 4 pork items per a given year. If their 4 pork items are passed, they must wait until the next fiscal year to get their chance for another 4 pork items.

If a congressperson receives 10 calls FOR a vote, and 3 calls FOR a nay, he will vote with the majority of calls, providing they are ALL in his represented district. He must NOT take his own initiative and vote opposite to the votes from his district.

ALL crimes will be judged solely on their impact on society and on the norms of society. ALL crimes will be punished with one of three things: education, community service, or imprisonment, depending on the crime and how it impacts others.

There will be NO search or seizure of ANY individual for ANY reason in the country without a warrant. However, at the same time, individuals here in this country who are on a student visa or other temporary visa, regardless of what country they are from, need to check in to their embassy at least once a month while they are residing in the United States.

ANY individual who is not a US citizen who commits a severe crime in the US will be deported to his own country, and not allowed to return to the US ever again.

The US will not give ambassadorships to people who helped fund campaigns, but to qualified individuals who will represent the best interests and ideals of the US to that foreign country and in a manner befitting a diplomat.

NO parties for a high official in the federal government will be funded by taxpayer's money, only by donations from Americans, and with a maximum limit of $2500 from any individual or family. So if they don't have enough money to fund a party with champagne and caviar, fuck them--beer and Doritos will suit just fine.

Wouldn't this be very hard to regulate, and awfully easy to abuse?

But I suppose his office could simply get their voter ID# and just make sure that that voter isn't dead. :)
