Laura Catches George With Condi - Moves To Hotel?
June 1, 2006 -- UPDATED -- Rocky shoals for Bush marriage? Informed sources Inside the Beltway report that First Lady Laura Bush has established temporary residence in the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC as a result of a tiff with President Bush over an extramarital relationship involving her husband. Mr. Bush's tryst is said to involve Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. It is not known how long Mrs. Bush plans to remain at the Mayflower, however, her security detail has been present at the hotel during hours when the First Lady would normally be residing in the White House. While she was National Security Adviser, Rice, who has never been married, referred to George W. Bush as "my husband" before she corrected herself and said, "President. Bush" Rice was speaking at a dinner hosted by New York Times bureau chief Philip Taubman when she made her "husband" remarks.

5. Well, come on, the MAYFLOWER????
It's close to the WH, but the HEALTH CLUB is CLOSED for renovation. Laura has to use her treadmill every day, she said so...and it's too hot to go outdoors, and not easy for her detail, either.

On that fact alone, I call horsehit. http://marriott.com/property/propertypage/WASSH

...Ummm no and just so you know I never said I didn't like it I just think its a VERY annoying when misused, I compare it to flag waving. I love the American flag I just hate when people wave it while mindlessly supporting fascism.

Edit: I hold nothing against you of course.

that it started at the exact same time that the New York Times wrote that tabloid-ish front-page story about Bill and Hillary's marriage (complete with fifty sources and a calculation of how many nights they've spent together). Maybe we're supposed to consider both stories as hoaxes, and one of them isn't!

38. Owned by American Media Inc.
They do celebrity shock tabloid stories. One side note the National Enquirer owned by the same company was attacked with Anthrax. Afterward they stayed away from the rumors regarding George W, Enquirer offices were in Jeb Bush land aka Florida (no juicy stories in that family). Celebrity rumor is their lifeblood look at the number they did on Bill Clinton. For the Supermarket tabloids to go after Bush is really remarkable.

On the other hand their journalistic standards are almost as good as the latter day Washington Post and New York Times. Make no mistake about it more people read this trash than the Times and Post combined.

29. I know of a similar situation with a State Governor.
The Governor moved out to the Hotel, had an affair with an aide. The entire Capitol City heard the story, no mention was made in the media even during the election year. If this is true the story would be making the rounds of the Beltway. An angry Laura Bush would as much fun as Martha Mitchell.

The ultimate irony would be considering all the crimes if this brought the ** administration down.

...ended very sadly.

Laura would have to be pushed pretty far over the edge to violate the zone of silence around her Mafia marriage. Babs would put out a hit on her, at the very least. Rendition!

BUSH'S BOOZE CRISIS

By JENNIFER LUCE and DON GENTILE

Faced with the biggest crisis of his political life, President Bush has hit the bottle again, The National Enquirer can reveal. Bush, who said he quit drinking the morning after his 40th birthday, has started boozing amid the Katrina catastrophe.

Family sources have told how the 59-year-old president was caught by First Lady Laura downing a shot of booze at their family ranch in Crawford, Texas, when he learned of the hurricane disaster. His worried wife yelled at him: "Stop, George."

Following the shocking incident, disclosed here for the first time, Laura privately warned her husband against "falling off the wagon" and vowed to travel with him more often so that she can keep an eye on Dubya, the sources add.

<snip>

Dr. Justin Frank, a Washington D.C. psychiatrist and author of Bush On The Couch: Inside The Mind Of The President, told The National Enquirer: "I do think that Bush is drinking again. Alcoholics who are not in any program, like the President, have a hard time when stress gets to be great. "I think it's a concern that Bush disappears during times of stress. He spends so much time on his ranch. It's very frightening."

Whatever's goin' on, Laura would do well to divorce George. He's an abusive, dismissive bum. A classic "white-knuckler" narcissist who makes everyone miserable.

So shake off the shackles of Xanax and hubby's ill-temperament Laura...walk toward the light, walk out on Big G.
