As far as Bush and Condi? He could really do no better than Condi. Why do you think all investigations have pretty much ignored her all together? Because everyone knows she would never turn on Bush. She would take the fall for him. Run on her own sword. Investigating or charging Condi with anything to get Bush would be a lost cause because she would go down alone.
