3. Lou Dobbs did (CNN)
Spent a whole 15 seconds on it, saying that Robert Kennedy Jr. declares that the Republicans stole the 2004 elections in a Rolling Stones article. That was it. Nothing more, especially after he did a segment on the Sequoia voting machine company being sold to Venezuela.
