Copy of remedial order in lawsuit brought by USDOJ against NY re: HAVA
(This is cross-posted from the DU Election Reform forum.)

I just received a copy of the remedial order filed today by the United States Department of Justice against the State of NY, to enforce the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). I have not read it yet, but I think this would likely be of interest to many of you here.
