Who doesn't think this is a Rovian tactic to bring Fed contracts and money and jobs to the red states to buy some votes before November.

Time for Peter King and Hillary to bring out the charts showing how much tax dollars flow into the Fed coffers from the blue states (NY, CA) and how much return they get compared to the proportion of dollars from the RED states and what goest back to them. Basically, the blue states are paying for the red states and being hated for it.
