Gore/Obama--now that would be a tough ticket to beat
IMO.

I think Obama is a bit too green for the presidential nomination but four years in the Senate and experience at the state level is pretty good experience for VP, especially with Gore's world of experience.

It would be a tough ticket--the man who won in 2000 along with the next generation. Gore gets labeled as dull, but Obama would definitely have star appeal. Finally it would be a big step forward finally nominating an African-American.

3. I like the idea
Regardless of a running-mate, we need our President (the one stolen from us) to take his rightful job (the job stolen from him). Things are so screwed up now, it's going to be a lot of very hard work. The real hard work. Not the kind Bushie gave lip service to.

5. Obama does nothing for me..
He's just a typcial, mostly centrist Democrat IMO.

Any ticket with Gore on it is fine, but there are much better ones than Gore/Obama, like Gore/Feingold for instance.

10. Any ticket with Gore or Feingold would work for me
would also be happy for any ticket with Boxer on it.

Right now any ticket that wasn't Neocon.

Any ticket that believed in honest government.

Any ticket pledged to reversing 8 years of absolute Bush corruption.

Give me that and I don't care what the name is. We'll see after November.

12. First of all,
Gore has said he's not running. What part of that is not clear to you?

Secondly, there are a lot of us out there who see Gore as damaged goods. He ran, he lost (yes, I know the election was stolen from him and I, for one, think he should have fought a hell of a lot harder than he did)and he's moving on to other things. So should you.

Not to mention, all this talk about 2008 more than two years before the election is a useless spinning of our wheels. There's an election this year we need to care about and work very hard for. Don't think we're just going to coast to an easy victory in November. The cabal in power will do anything and everything to stay in power. It won't start or end with the electronic voting machines, either.

In 1990, hell, in late 1991 no one had really heard of Bill Clinton, Governor of Arkansas. Let's just watch what happens in the next year or more and then start thinking about who we want as our nominee.
