Make sure to buy HARDCOPY Rolling Stone - send the message of support for
exactly this type of hard hitting journalism..

Read it now on the internet, but BUY the magazine tomorrow. Some people only pay attention when sales shoot up.

1. Darn right. If this shows a big sales boost, other mags may follow.

I'll be buying a copy for sure.

2. I was thinking the same thing. And although I haven't bought a copy of
Rolling Stone for years (except last year's Hunter Thompson tribute), I plan on buying one when it hits my local stand.

5. Interesting concept
I gave up on the RS in the 80's after years of disillusionment but this might bring me out of buying retirement.

35. I subscribed for years...
got sick of britney spears on every other cover.

They once had a good investigative group and their political coverage was first rate. I may have 2 go back 2 subscribing.

6. This is by no means unusual for this magazine
It has had several great hard hitting articles about the corruption and ineptitude of the Bush Administration.

15. Could you let us know what article it is that's the impetus for this post?
I was over to the RS site after reading your post, and I'm guessing it's the RFK "Stolen Election" story.

I just got in and this is the first RS thread I've read today.

32. Well, this article really tells the story of how it ended up with
Bush still in power.

Kerry probably won that race by 5 million votes, at least. I never bought that Karl Rove, who was hoping to get 4 million more votes than in 2000, managed to find 11 miilion more at the same time Kerry added 10 million more to what Gore received. Those numbers for Bush are just too unbelievable, while Kerry's votes are UNDER what the exit polls showed.
