She lies beneath the well heeled boot
Edited on Fri Dec-30-05 09:59 PM by Tom Yossarian Joad
The pressure cracks her ribs.

they are bigger

So much bigger.

Yet the rib cage still breaks in.

Somehow the air

Still grabs a note.

She fights within the diem.

Parts give in

and Parts stay strong.

It's a race to see who'll feed'em.

Fie hettle sprecken,

It's to see if they will live.

Sprecken hettle thettle hoe...

You kiss them all goodbye.

Thettler hettle sprecken tie.

It's now the time to die.

Say goodbye to
two.
to two hundred years.

Say goodbye to
two.

to Your fathers.

Say goodbye to
two.

to Children,

Say goodbye...

to...

Goodbye.

She cries to the Bush,
the bird and the Roach,
Letting her earth
breath into her throat,
Says goodbye to a life
that once meant
so
much,

Yet now has
faded
become out

of touch.

LOL.... You know of Bukowski?

Hmmmmmm.

"question and answer"

he sat naked and drunk in a room of summer
night, running the blade of the knife
under his fingernails, smiling, thinking
of all the letters he had received
telling him that
the way he lived and wrote about
that--
it had kept them going when
all seemed
truly
hopeless.

putting the blade on the table, he
flicked it with a finger
and it whirled
in a flashing circle
under the light.

who the hell is going to save
me? he
thought.

as the knife stopped spinning
the answer came:
you're going to have to
save yourself.

still smiling,
a: he lit a
cigarette
b: he poured
another
drink
c: gave the blade
another
spin.
