Searching for Alito
Can anyone with better search experience than me find Samuel Alito in the Ellis Island records at
http://www.ellisisland.org? Wasn't that his father's name too?

Something smells fishy about that whole immigrant story. Can't put my finger on it...

1. His father was a baby. More than likely didn't have a name or his
name was not recorded. What are you looking for? What could be fishy? I don't get it?

Was Bush Wrong About Alito's Father?

When announcing Judge Sam Alito's nomination to the Supreme Court, President Bush said:

I'm sure, as well, that Judge Alito is thinking of his mom, Rose, who will be 91 in December. And I know he's thinking about his late father. Samuel Alito Sr. came to this country as a immigrant from Italy in 1914. And his fine family has realized the great promise of our country.

4. We don't know nearly enough about these individuals being placed

in the highest positions in the land. Hype, lies and secrecy surround this and every move being made now in Washington. There's this feeling of a parallel reality going on...what we are shown vs. what's really going on.
One naturally develops a sixth sense for these things...even if the full picture isn't yet clear.
And the little hairs on the back of my neck are up on this one, and I can't explain it better than that.
Where are some serious investigations of these selections? I defy you to find any actual background information that proves this hyped story has real roots. All you find on the internet are repeats of the original hyped story. I've noticed there is a lockstep of media stories that replicate themselves rather than do any independent research or offer another avenue of thought.
Instead, the single-sourced story becomes the unquestioned truth and no one seems to challenge it.

If there is a coverup of his background, one has to wonder what could be so controversial about him that would require such an cover?

Perhaps someone in the foreign press will do some leg work.
