1. I don't know how to do it, but about 6 months ago, I saw the same thing
and nearly fell off my chair laughing.

2. Hit the "Print Screen" key
that puts it on the clipboard. Then go into your favorite photo editor (or Paint if that's all you have) and do Edit/Paste.

3. Press and hold down CTRL and then hit Print Screen
You won't see anything until you go to a page and paste the image. Press CTRL V to paste or hit your paste icon. You can paste to a Word doc or in other programs.

4. What they said but
You can also get a program that will capture a smaller area if you don’t want the entire page or whatever or even the entire page if you do. There are plenty of free programs out there you can D/L. The one I’ve been using lately was made by redheadlefty and can be had here. http://www.redheadedlefty.com/index.php/downloads/ezscreencap/
You can D/L it there (and tells you how to use it on that page) but It’s real easy and has a few options to play with. It automatically saves the captured file to a designated folder and other stuff.

8. Google search for capture wmv frame ...
... http://www.google.com/search?q=capture+wmv+frame will get you some hits with advice and some software (free, shareware or commecial) that will help. Apparently WMP bypasses whatever is drawing to the screen, so "Prt Sc" doesn't capture it.

10. Sorry to be so vague. I don't do vid caps with Windows/WMV...
... I just thought that this must be a problem that someone has found a solution for: hence a good candidate for a search. I wasn't trying to imply that you had never heard of Google (in case you suspected that).

There should be some freeware/trialware you can use.

Now, what do you have and can we see it?

11. OK here are 3 frames, explaining what I saw in the video

@23 seconds...........then @ 24 seconds.... 24 seconds,

I have outlined white smoke in white and what looks like a tail/rudder of a plane in black. Neither of these features are present in the 23rd second.
