CDC scientists are public servants who should not smoke or drink

Afterall, the nation needs their unimpared body and brain to continue their incredibly valuable work. They should only eat healthy food, run a mile a day, and brush their teeth. They should take vitamins, have only safe sex (to avoid HIV/AIDS) and NEVER ride motorcycles, as they could easily break their necks.

Security cameras should be installed in the homes of all CDC scientists to make sure they comply with these regulations.
