The whole Plame thing seemed to be a hot potato being tossed between Rove (and, by proxy, Bush) and Libby (by proxy, Cheney). When Libby was indicted the focus was on Cheney. With Rove so much in the news, and sure to be indicted within at least the next 9.7355 business hours, the focus has shifted to Rove.
