evesdropping (just was said just after the signing tax cuts on the WH lawn) by the msnbc host. Does not she realize that other polls have since come out? Of course she does. I was dumbfounded! And yes, to see this -hear this still dumbfounds me at times.

1. Was also a flawed question
Asking if it's ok to listen domestically isn't the same as asking if it's ok to do so in violation of current law and without proper warrant or authority. Hell, if someone is talking to a terrorist I'd want us listening too, but that doesn't mean you can bug all of us.

It's all in how the question was framed and getting it out there before most had heard the news. It was a loaded question from the start, meant to distract rather than to inform.

2. That was in ABC's doctored push poll...
Every poll I've seen since then - USA Today and at least one other major media outlet - shows that the majority of people oppose it. But of course the whorrespondents are latching on to the ABC poll result.

"the other guy". That all changes when they become "the other guy" due to some unforeseen circumstances, then the self righteous howling begins.

11. Just add that to the list of
bogus information they dish out. And I'm sure the poll respondents were a fair representation of our citizens.....not.
