6. You know, the Federal Reserve
has been around for quite a while now, so I don't see how it's applicable...and the Marijuana Tax Act is from '37...

7. and its a police state since
for those they criminalized... heck it started out as a police state if you
were an american indan or a black person. Its stayed a police state pretty
much since, with some outrageous additions to further erode and perpetrate
the crime of being part of the american underclass. The prisons are inordinately
filled with black persons, an outrageous racist state of affairs, and it has
been a police state since forever depending on your skin color and what ya
got between your legs.
