1. I missed that, but this current caller has her pres candidates mixed up

She is upset that Al Gore backed down after winning the election against Bush, and that he should have fought, because he made a committment to the people that voted for him.

She didn't get the fact that the SCOTUS is the final word, fight all you want, nothing trumps the Supreme Court in our system.

I think she was thinking of John Kerry, who DID back down and skulk away.

2. Speaking of Stephanie Miller......

I LOVE this show, but I'm getting very frustrated with whoever is setting up her podcast system.

Does anyone know the secret of getting podcasts of this show? I signed up (and paid for) for the premium account so I could get the podcasts and haven't been able to do it (the web site is abysmal in this aspect). I signed up on Monday and have been trying ever since to get someone to help me, but with no success.

I want my Stephcasts!!! Anyone have any tips for me?
