Used polls to support a point and then discounted them when they didn't support his point separated by less than 3 minutes.

Yesterday it was even more obvious...paraphrasing...

Snow: The polls show that the public think the NSA monitoring program has 60% plus support...

Reporter Martha Radditz: But other polls show that the public is concerned about the program..

Snow: The president doesn't govern by polls...
