So, we could lose, you could look at it that way - And Jesus Christ could make his second coming and Godzilla could rise off the coast of Malibu.

Look, we won this fight - act like winners. Hell, acting like winners is half of the fight anyway.

I know there is five minutes left in the game - but we better start coming at this from a winning perspective - cause I want the House and the Senate in five months. I want this nightmare over.

It is comming. And we are due.

1. And unfortunately the Dems are playing prevent defense...
which does nothing but prevent you from winning. You've got to keep up the offensive pressure.

3. Exactly right.
We are not the DLC - we have to blitz and then blitz and then... blitz again.

Yep they are playing prevent - lets blitz.

Hell, it got the Steelers the Superbowl. Deservedly. They knew how to win.

We need to not let the SOB breath - for five months or so.

Oh, we can do that.

Thanks to people that came up with football metaphors - that is a good way to look at it.

Joe

You mean, we need to pay off the officials? :grr:

(Sorry, but I think the Republicans already have them under contract.)

2. I actually prefer to be LOSING in the final minutes of the 4th
It's easier to mount a come-back than protect a lead.

4. Not down by 17 and 5 minutes to go!
Yeam, I've seen it happen, but so rarely, it's not worth considering!

6. We've done that - I want to win.
We are in the right place at the right time.

More than that, we are going to go after them - now, tomorrow until the day of the election - everyday. We are going to keep coming. And more and more Americans are going to join us everyday.

When I state W is toast, truly, I am sure he is toast. I think it is a matter of the margin now.

They are three scores down and two possessions away from the end of the game. And they know it.

Joe

11. The scorekeeper is cheating for the other side and
some of the players on our team aren't sure which side they're on. Commercial sponsors are also owners of the other team, radio announcers are homers against us, and the fans have bags over their heads.

The head coach of the other team is allowed to call plays for both teams, which presents an obvious problem for us but our players don't seem to mind.

Even though the scoreboard shows an estimate of our team being ahead, the game will be decided by referrees after their Scotland golf trip with a former Texan representative.

Lesson: don't play the game that's stacked against you.
