An example of the GOP idea of a Guest Working program

I've heard this story before but not in detail and right now I'm listening to Terry Gross interview reporter and executive editor from Mrs Magazine who've published an article on the worker conditions in the Northern Mariana Islands.

One of the many appalling issues for workers there is the 'guest worker' program used there, basically it's indendured servatude.

So whenever "Commander CookcooBannanas" talks about "Guest Worker" programs people should remember this.
