early on when the NSA story came out that Bush was listening in on phone calls of citizens of the USA when the person on the other end of the call was from outside USA, there were experts saying that Bush's argument that he needed to listen in on the phone calls without a warrant because there was no time to get a warrant did not hold water. This is because under FISA, Bush can legally listen to the phone calls without a warrant. Under that law, Bush simply needs to get a warrant after he listens in on the call. (This tells me Bush is hiding something because he does not even want the courts to know after the fact that he is listening in on citizens phone calls).
The problem is, I do not hear this argument anymore from the media or Dems. Why is that? It's an argument that kills Bush statement that he is listening in on phone calls without a warrant because we are in a war and there is no time to get a warrant. HE CAN GET A WARRANT AFTER HE LISTENS TO THE CALLS!!!!!!!!
