Bush- too CHEAP to hire more INS Agents & WAITED 5 years before acting!
And he's acting now regarding the Mexican border only because of Immigration NOT TERRORISM!

Why did he wait this long?
Why is he only acting now that his position on Immigration is costing him political support among his base?
Why is he SO CHEAP when it comes to hiring INS Agents?

1. Funding went elsewhere...guarding airports/etc....mostly WAR efforts.

As usual, too little too late....the man wants to close doors after the horses are in the North Quarter somewhere...
