Now we know why they so badly wanted to get "control" over the Justice system.

Damn. There IS justice. And yes, the pun is intentional.

1. Let's hope the damage is repairable.
Roberts and Scalito are going to be very long term problems. This along with the minions of Right wing wackos that have been placed on various other courts spell trouble for the near term.

3. Roberts, Scalito, Alito and their ilk
seem to have no scruples. They will go wherever the grass looks greener just to receive the praise and honor they firmly believe they richly deserve.

Men without morals.

IMHO

7. How to deal with Scalia/Alito/Roberts
"There has been considerable discussion by conservatives lately of impeaching judges, allegedly for a variety of offenses...
Congressman DeLay has supported judicial impeachment for some time. In a 1997 letter he wrote to the editor of The New York Times, he stated, “I advocate impeaching judges who consistently ignore their constitutional role, violate their oath of office and breach the separation of powers. The Framers provided the tool of impeachment to keep the power of the judiciary in check. It is a tool Congress should explore using.”"

Excellent idea, thanks freepers for pointing out how to deal with the Scalia/Alito/Roberts problem.

4. They didn't trash it quickly enough.
They tried; they bitched and moaned when "only" 95% of Bush's apparatchicks got rubberstamped for judge/Justice jobs. Looking at the 50% they blocked during the Clinton era (part A of the plan), the GOP looked petty and asinine. We now see why they were so desperate. Well, too late now, they're all going down.

5. And this case was initiated by Director of the CIA, Tenet....
...let's not forget that they've played a major role in making this happen.

I'm also quite positive that the rank-and-file of the CIA has been leaking all kinds of information since Tenet demanded that the DoJ launch a criminal investigation into Plame's outing.

8. How ironic that Bush has created his own worst enemy by screwing the CIA,
which is headquartered in the hilariously named:
